Goldman Sachs assets under management, Strategy launch
OPPORTUNITY
Goldman Sachs was previously only offering its tax loss harvesting strategies, “Tax-Advantaged Strategies”, to private wealth managers — but now they would be making it available to financial advisors everywhere. We had 4 weeks to create a launch plan.
SOLUTION
Intensive customer journey mapping and a messaging strategy were developed and workshopped at hyper speed. The highly collaborative clients allowed us to make recommendations and leaned on us to lead the way. The conceptual campaign we pitched originally was a little out of the clients’ comfort zone, but they were open to making it work.
Ultimately we were able to keep the creativity alive while striking a balance that was just disruptive enough. We were able to meet the needs of the more straightforward product owners as well as our more daring marketing clients to create motivating and differentiated work while remaining true to their brand.
