OPPORTUNITY

The Beechwood Organization was undergoing a branding transition. A highly respected Long Island father and son developer team was adapting to the times and refreshing the way they looked and spoke to prospects. Each new property was an opportunity to speak uniquely to customers.

SOLUTION

From emails and brochures to out of home and broadcast, I wrote location and culture specific copy that told a unique narrative. And in Jan 2021, during the height of the pandemic, we created community spots that painted the best picture of potential home ownership during a time when ‘home’ took on a whole new meaning. The Latch was recently (2022) awarded a platinum and gold award from The National Association of Homebuilders (which is like the Oscars for real estate). The marketing materials are a key part of the awards submission.
